Local Calls placed from Campus Lines

To call an extension on campus: Listen for dial tone, dial 6 + four-digit extension.

To call the campus operator: Listen for dial tone, dial "0".

To report telephone malfunction:

• Departments: Report the malfunction to your departmental telephone coordinator. If coordinator is unavailable, dial 6-3198.
  
• Residence Halls: Dial 6-7800 and leave your name, the number of the phone with the malfunction, the room number of that phone, the telephone jack number and a brief but precise description of the problem.
  
• Spencer View & Agate Apartments: Report the malfunction to the Telecommunications Office at 6-3198.
