Intuity Voice Mail Instructions

Logging Into Voice Mail for the First Time

The following procedure should be followed the FIRST time you LOGIN to your new Intuity Voice Mail Box:

1. Dial  6-1111 (346-1111  if off campus)  to reach Intuity.

2. At the prompt:

Dial your 5 digit extension followed by [#] (or just [#] if you are calling from your extension).

3. At the prompt enter the default password below:

At this point you will be prompted to record your name (not greeting) in your new mail box.

Then you will be prompted to enter a minimum 4-digit password as required by the system. After you have entered your new password and have confirmed the entry, it is installed as your password. You will then use this new password whenever you LOGIN, after the initial LOGIN.

You will then need to re-record your personal greeting. If you use outcalling and/or personal directory, you will want to re-enter that information. Otherwise, your upgrade procedures will be completed.

If you transfer callers to Intuity using the Guest Password (G#) or (4#), you will need to use the 4 digit Guest Password (GJGJ#) or (4545#).
