Intuity Voice Mail Instructions
PRESS 3 TO CREATE YOUR PERSONAL
GREETINGS!!!
Press 0 to listen to your current greeting
Press 1 to change, create, delete any of your greetings
- Enter the greeting number you want to modify/delete/create
- press 1 to stop or pause
- press 2 3 to play back
- press *3 or *D to delete, then go back to press 10 to record
- press # to approve the greeting, then follow the prompts to activate the greeting
Press 2 to scan your greetings
- Enter options based on prompts given by the Intuity system,
- then either press # to skip a greeting or *# to stop scanning
Press 3 to activate one of your greetings, follow the system prompts to select.
Press 4 to Call Type one of your greetings
Press # when finished with your greetings (Return to previous menu)
NOTE: It is suggested that using a personalized greeting encourages
the caller to
leave a message. BE SURE to update your greeting when you will be away for
more than a day.
