Using Avaya Digital Telephone Features
Call Pickup

Call Pickup enables users to answer calls ringing at other stations. You can set up groups of phone users who can answer each other's calls. When one group member is unavailable to answer a call, any of the other members can pick up the call from their phones. If multiple phones are ringing at the same time, the Call Pickup feature will answer the first call. Users can belong to only one Call Pickup group, which is usually a department or other group of people who have similar functions and are located in the same area so they can hear the phones they need to pick up.
