Using Avaya Telephone Features
Send All Calls

This function allows the principal user to redirect calls directly to their coverage path. It must be activated from the principal user's line, calls will route to the coverage path and the only calls to ring at the principal user's phone will be calls on Priority Dial.

Digital Set Users -- have a button programmed for Send All Calls for their primary line, press it. The busy lamp associated with the line will light up indicating that all calls are forwarded. Press it again to deactivate the forwarding. If a digital picks up other lines, there may or may not be a Send All Calls button associated with each one. For any line appearance without a programmed button, please follows the instructions for a single line user.

Single Line Set Users

To Activate

  1. Listen for Dial Tone
  2. Press *8
  3. Listen for Confirmation Tone
  4. Hang up

To Cancel

  1. Listen for Dial Tone
  2. Press #88
  3. Listen for Confirmation Tone
  4. Hang up

On Single line phones: FLASH, RECALL, TAP, & R all indicate the same button. Any single line set without this button will have to use the Switchhook button instead.
