Using Avaya Telephone Features
Trunk Queuing

This feature was designed for an Institution or Company who have limited their trunking resources (i.e. their outgoing phone lines) to the point of where a user may need to queue his/her calls and wait for the next available outgoing truck line. At the University of Oregon we strive to provide to you adequate service and the general user will seldom have their calls in queue. If you call long distance and you hear our music on Hold, your call has been queued, STAY ON THE LINE and you will be given the next available trunk line.
