Instructions for Telecommunications Order Forms

Form 1b -- Telecommunications Service Estimate

We no longer have a separate paper form for Telecommunications work order estimates.

Please send email to wiring@ithelp.uoregon.edu with your request for an estimate. It's helpful to have:

• contact info for you (UO extension, cell phone, email - any or all as you prefer to be contacted)
• building where the work is to be completed
• description of the work required

Your email will open a work ticket we can use to track this request, and for you to provide additional details. Once the ticket is created, we'll be in contact with you regarding your request.
