International long distance rates from the UO phone system are increasing, sometimes significantly so. Please check current rates before making international calls. Note that rates are frequently different when calling a land-line vs. a cell phone. You can check current rates here.

• Your University of Oregon email account (example: jdoe1@uoregon.edu)
• Verify your email address
• Enter your University of Oregon 5-digit number (if applicable).
• Check the applicable contact method
  • Your UO extension;
  • Your email address;
  • Your cell or mobile number;
  • or Other (list in Details box)
• Details
  • Fill out the details of your order/problem that need to be resolved. Please be as descriptive as possible.
• When you are finished click "SUBMIT"
